We are excited to announce that our website, dedicated to humanitarian demining, is officially launched! Now everyone can learn more about our activities, achievements, and goals, as well as stay updated on the process of clearing areas from explosive ordnance.

In the context of military actions and their consequences, Ukraine faces a serious problem of mine hazards. Explosive remnants of war (ERW) pose a threat to civilian lives, restrict agricultural activities, and impact other economic sectors. Therefore, humanitarian demining is a key process to ensure safety and infrastructure restoration.

👉 In the Makariv Territorial Community of the Kyiv region, a sapper unit has started humanitarian demining operations. Specialists are working on the first phase, which involves non-technical survey of suspected hazardous areas. Even before the operations began, volunteers from the Slots City Foundation provided the demining team with vehicles, UAVs, equipment, gear, and repair facilities for their technical needs.
